Anne Boleyn and Henry VIII Halloween Costumes 2015

Anne Boleyn Costume

Our costumes for Halloween 2015 were Anne Boleyn and Henry VIII. We wanted to have a bit of a spooky theme with them. My partner went as Henry VIII looking for a new wife and Anne Boleyn after execution.

We got my partners costume from Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00SBYQNLM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00 I made the sign by tea staining some paper and glueing it on to a piece of wood.

I first covered my self with white face paint and let it dry. I then put on my dress which was from Amazon also http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00SBYSL8A?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00 I thought this was a great price and it can be re-used for different costumes in the future.

Anne Boleyn and Henry 8th Costumes

I got an axe that had a head band attached (the ones that make it look like something is sticking out of your head). I put this around my neck and wrapped around bandages with fake blood on. I then put fake blood dripping down my chest.

For my face I used black eye shadow around my eyes and brown eye shadow for my cheeks.

My hat was hand made by myself. I will do my next post about this as it was slightly difficult to make. The necklace was from pound land.
